Álvaro Sardinha has a degree in Maritime Engineering and a Master’s degree in Maritime Law and Economics. He is a specialist in the blue economy and sustainable and regenerative development, and also works as an international consultant and trainer.
He recently authored the INOVSEA Action Plan and the Strategy for Innovation and Training in Ocean Energy and Technologies, and has collaborated on internationally recognised projects in Angola, Brazil, and East Timor.
He is the founder and manager of the Blue Economy Competence Centre, Apormar, the Blue Jobs and Careers Fair, and the Blue Innovation and Business Fair (FINA), and has extensive professional and entrepreneurial experience.
