Paulo Viana holds a degree in Naval Engineering from the Technical University of Lisbon (IST) and has worked as a Senior Principal Surveyor at DNV since 1989.

He is currently FiS Manager for the Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and Maltese markets at DNV
