Pedro Baptista holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has also attended post-graduate studies in Quality Engineering, Environmental Management, and Occupational Health and Safety.

He has over 25 years of experience in HSE and Quality in a wide range of international companies, more than 10 of which were in large Energy Projects across Europe and Africa, working with major contractors.

He brings years of experience working for well-established industries, such as the Automotive and the Oil and Gas sectors, as well as a deep-rooted passion for the Environment, which he gained through his background working as an Environmental Manager in manufacturing.

Before joining Principle Power, Pedro was a Senior Quality Manager at McDermott in the United Kingdom, where he worked on multiple FEEDs and served as the Project Quality Manager for a SURF execution project.

Currently Pedro Baptista is vice-president of QHSE in Principle Power.
